Having honed his skills alongside the talented Chefs at Topaz, the Sokha Hotel & Resort Group and the Regency Cafe at the Intercontinental Hotel, Menghout brings to Long Beach Resort both international and Asian cuisine and an extensive knowledge of local flavours. His menu changes with the season, offering our guests a selection of dishes to surprise and please the senses.
